We are currently working alongside a leading Allied Health provider that is expanding across the coast and seeking physiotherapists for both Sunshine coast and Gold Coast.

The Role

• Position: Community-Based Physiotherapist
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling
• Location: 100% community-based around Sunshine coast or Gold Coast – travel to clients within your local area
• Caseload: NDIS, HCP, CHSP (typically 4 days in the field, 1 day Work From Home) set KPI’s at 26 hours per week, including travel (this has been set since the July 1st NDIS price changes ensuring actual work life balance

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $100,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
• $2500 annual PD budget + 2 paid days to complete CPS
• Company Car + laptop + Phone
• Intentional Travel Zoning (approx. 30 mins)
• Dedicated admin support – no business development required
• Regular team catch-ups, multidisciplinary support & socials

About You

• Hold General AHPRA Registration
• Passionate about community health and delivering high-quality care
• Confident working independently and managing a varied caseload
• Strong communication and time management skills
